Iver Heath Junior School Special Educational Needs (Information) Regulation Annual Report 2016/17 and Policy

The Iver Heath Junior School SEN policy has been updated in line with the new SEN Code of Practise that came into force in September 2014.

SEN assessment and analyse of progress:

In order to see how children are progressing, there are Interventions in place, lasting for a period of 10 weeks (plus the standard school assessment).  APS levels for reading, spelling and maths are used to help identify children who may have SEN, or to track how well children already identified with SEN are doing.
