At Iver Heath Junior School we recognise that each of us is an individual and we all need support in various areas. Whilst all children need help at school, some have additional needs which require further provision to overcome barriers in their learning. These children are identified as having Special Educational Needs and it our Inclusion Manager's role to champion them and oversee this provision. We take account of pupil’s varied life experiences and needs. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum and have high expectations for all children so they can all reach their true potential. Our staff  work tirelessly, to ensure that this happens for all of our pupils irrespective of attainment, disability, ethnicity, gender or background.
